QA/QC Manager Roads infrastructures

QA/QC Manager to manage a construction site within roads infrastructures.
This will be very active position not office base.
Must have 10 years experience at least.
Must speak and write English, the person also must know that will be working in a country where temperatures can reach 50c in the summer.
Dont apply if you cant handle hot climate.
Portuguese company of big name and reputation will provide
