Descri\u00e7\u00e3o da oferta<\/span>
\nThe candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n

– Overseeing, coordinating and managing of all the Project Managers\u2019 activities (timing, cost controlling, execution, progress..)
\n– Planning and designing of each techincal dossier concerning the projects in order to keep under control all the steps (schedules and methods, in the determination of direct and general costs, and take part in the contract negotiation stage) as well as all the clients requirements;
\n– Ensuring accomplishment of the different projects in accordance with the established quality standards and scheduled times;
\n– Planning the activities related to the project and provide Staff units in charge of relevant services with the necessary data;
\n– Constant monitoring the economic and financial trend of the project and define the actions required to achieve the set targets;
\n– Ensuring Customer\u2019s observance of stipulated financial conditions and take appropriate action in order to collect amounts due for payment; be responsible for transmitting all data to the company management control department;
\n– Managing the contractual aspects of the projects, the definition and resolution of possible disputes with the Employer\/Customer or partners arising from and in connection with the project;
\n– Making sure the project Quality Plan is correctly progressed and implemented in accordance with the specific contract requirements and in line with statutory provisions;
\n– Guarantee the correct management of human resources assigned to the project, developing good inter-company relations and communication, in observance of corporate policies and of the guidelines laid down by the company Department of Human Resources.<\/p>\n

O que procuramos<\/span>
\nThe ideal candidate has a University schooling, has a sound experience in the Construction and civil sector, and has gained a professional experience in a Large size multinational environment.
\nThe candidate must have leadership skills, initiative and decision making, along with high capacity and organizational management.
\nThe candidate must also have good listening skills, ability to develop and manage projects assigned.
\nCompleting the excellent knowledge of English.<\/p>\n
