\n\u2022 Provide technical support to the QC team
\n\u2022 Review and revise requirements related to Quality Control, calls for tenders and contracts
\n\u2022 Participate in planning the QC resources required for the project (budget allocation, personnel, tools, etc.)
\n\u2022 Review the QC documents (inspection and test plans), procedures, records and compliance files of the projects, suppliers and subcontractors
\n\u2022 Track and monitor application of the Quality Control requirements by the project team and by the partners
\n\u2022 Ensure that the work done by the suppliers, subcontractors and\/or construction teams is performed in accordance with the specified requirements, the master plans and the national or international standards in effect
\n\u2022 Ensure that failures in meeting the specified requirements are clearly identified for the projects, and ensure that the non-compliance reports, deficiencies and other exceptions to compliance are addressed
\n\u2022 Analyze trends in Quality Control and make the relevant recommendations
\nRequirements<\/span><\/p>\n
\n\u2022 5 to 10 years of experience related to quality control on projects
\n\u2022 Has a general working knowledge of all contracts with Owners, and all other applicable project related documents
\n\u2022 Experience working on dam, a major asset
\n\u2022 Team leadership, communication and decision making skills
\n\u2022 Planning and projecting skills
\n\u2022 Aware of local and international standards and regulations
\n\u2022 Good adaptability to a multinational environment, with wide exposure to various culture and customs
\n\u2022 Experience with expatriation condition
\n\u2022 Fluent in English is mandatory, Portuguese and French an asset<\/p>\n
