Description
\nRole Objective
\nResponsible for setting up and delivering procedures to manage the movement of oversize \/ overweight vehicles across the network. To implement and operate new systems and manage engagement with stakeholders<\/p>\n
Roles & Responsibilities
\n1. Reports to the RCMO Manager
\n2. Responsible for stakeholder liaison and communication regarding abnormal loads.
\n3. Responsible for setting up the new systems & procedures.
\n4. Provide training for coordinators and developing the team\u2019s skills and knowledge.
\n5. Support the RCMO manager by ensuring that the Abnormal Load operations are fully implemented.
\n6. Undertake effective co-ordination with internal teams
\n7. Undertake effective co-ordination with all stakeholders<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nEssential
\n\u2022 Bachelor in Civil Engineering or any other relevant degree.
\n\u2022 5 yrs + Industry experience
\nDesirable
\n\u2022 Language skills: English (required) \u2013 Arabic (advantageous)
\nTechnical Knowledge
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of the Qatari road network
\n\u2022 Good analytical and methodical approach when making decisions.
\n\u2022 Familiar with forms of contracts, including responsibilities and contractual obligations
\n\u2022 Computer literate and thoroughly conversant with MS Office suite and relevant engineering software packages.
\n\u2022 Experience of Operations & Maintenance and Construction process
\n\u2022 A demonstrable period of Road Network maintenance experience<\/p>\n
