\n\u2022 Be responsible for the preparation of develop an understanding of the IMOVALUE valuation approach, methodology & tools
\n\u2022 Establish working relationships with client personnel
\n\u2022 Perform analytical review of valuation documents
\n\u2022 Identify valuation and advisory issues and perform research to solve issues that arise
\n\u2022 Prepare reports and documentation supporting IMOVALUE valuation opinions
\n\u2022 Provide recommendations for improved controls and enhanced business efficiency
\n\u2022Demonstrate ability to plan and manage engagements and people along with ensuring
\ndeliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines
\nQualifications:
\n\u2022 Degree in engineering, finance, management and\/or any real estate related field
\n\u2022 Strong academic credentials
\n\u2022 Relevant work experience (e.g. internships, summer positions)
\n\u2022 Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
\n\u2022 Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
\n\u2022 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
\n\u2022 Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing). Preference will be given to Bilingual
