Technical site manager
Effectively manage and control all of the technical maintenance of the site, housekeeping, waste management, sewage treatment plant and hospitality with a team of about 46 people in strict compliance with HSE procedures.
Retain client through the implementation of a close relationship based on listening, trust and respect of our commitments,
Manage your team by developing a spirit of service, team spirit and spirit of progress,
Deliver economic results compliant with the objectives and report them monthly.
Ensure a high level of satisfaction of our client and consumers with the quality of our services,
Guarantee a rigorous implementation of the company policies and procedures,
Develop new services on the site.
Ensure the maintenance of the site equipment and ensure proper implementation of the agreed terms and conditions.

Bachelor/degree in technical field
10 years experienced professional ideally gained in remote sites management in Africa,
You are business development oriented and you are able to initiate a project dynamic,
Self-starter, you lead and implement the company policies,
Rigorous, you have proven success and professionalism in management,
You are able to manage multicultural teams in remote locations and you are able to impose your leadership in a demanding environment.
You are fluent in Portuguese and in English, French is an additional asset assets
