We are an International Group operating in Promotion and Civil Construction in Angola, partners of the local Government within the scope of the National Housing Program, with responsibilities for Construction, Real Estate Development and Commercialization of more than 40,000 Rooms.

This person is going to be responsible for achieving profitable sales growth in overseas market, driving internal and external stakeholder relationships to maximum company benefit and delivering higher penetration of the available market opportunity through strategic utilization of company service offering (housing, urban development and infrastructures sectors). Some role responsibilities:
•Research and preparation of studies on emerging markets, in terms of their demographic characterization, investment needs and potential;
•Specific Market Studies – organize, prepare and conduct study visits of Design / Architecture – Country – must be able to coordinate the development of design to create range of solutions;
•Partnerships and Relations – responsibility to promote, invest and follow the creation of partnerships and all kinds of external relations with potential stakeholders (identification of partners / decision makers in local markets, creation of visibility and partnerships);
•Study and preparation for the commercial offer – responsible for the preparation of the Proposal (technical and financial);
•Creation of support for commercial action – presentation of the Company, Portfolios, Projects, …;
•Business Research in the international market and Research of alternative solutions.

Candidate Profile:
•Degree in Engineering, Construction Advanced;
•MBA in Business/Management/Construction Management is appreciated;
•Minimum of 3/5 years of related experience;
•Fluent in English; French is desired;
•Very good PC skills ( MS Office MS Project ACAD).
